Last May my mother was put under hospice care with Reliant Home Health. This was new territory for our family and one we were unsure about. The nurse assigned to care for mom was Courtney Berryman. Her care for mom was always professional but also respectful and kind. She answered our questions with kindness and compassion. The main reason I want to acknowledge Courtney was when mom passed, she continued to treat my mom with the utmost respect during the pronouncement of her passing.

The worst company to work for don’t waste your time ! Very messy and judgmental they make it hard for you to do just do your job and they treat they residents any kind of way I’ve worked there so I have seen them treat them any kind of way and stay away from Dave the hiring manager he’s a demon they need to shut this place down

My mother is a new patient of Reliant at Home. She was more or less dropped by her former home health agency possibly because they were purportedly committing insurance fraud that left my mother in medical debt for supplies that were 100% covered by insurance that she was told she had to purchase by the former company. A company who most likely pocketed the money they billed for use of supplies they never provided. Reliant stepped in seamlessly and so far so good. Andrea is the best nurse my mother has had in almost 3 years of needing regular home care mostly for her chronic pressure wounds from lack of mobility. She goes above and beyond for my mother. My mother really likes Andrea and so do I and I am hard to please. I know everyone has different experiences with different providers and companies, but we had a company where we liked the staff, but the company was screwing her over unbeknownst to us. So far with Reliant, the staff have not only been kind, they don’t appear to be a screw deal like others. They order supplies and my mom doesn’t get a bill, which is the way her insurance and company processes should work. I saw some previous comments in a review about approvals and them falling through and the person leaving a bad review. That isn’t necessarily the home health agency’s fault. That happened to my mom after being with her previous company for almost 2 years. And, a denial is meant to be appealed. So, until you have been a recipient of care or been witness to the care provided to a loved one by this or any other company, don’t be so quick to leave a negative review. Meet Andrea and the other staff and then make a judgment. I hope this continues to be as good tomorrow as it is today, so to speak. Thank you, especially Andrea, for going the extra mile, providing guidance and appropriately standing up for my mom so she gets good care and care that she has insurance coverage for and a medical and human right to. I wish more healthcare providers were like Andrea who are in the field for the right reasons. I am one who searches for providers based on reviews and I want to give others who do the same to hear some good things about Reliant and Andrea!

While I understand the reason behind what they did it was how it came down..One minute it was approved then at the 11th hour it wasn't approved..So left my quality of patient care substandard and scrambling to fix it...I don't recommend them for simply the back and forth that went down
