Universal became second family when my mother was placed on hospice. The team assigned to help us was incredible, professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They made my mother's dying wish to stay home possible and brought out the needed equipment when it was time within hours. Their staff are literal angels on this earth and my father and I will be forever grateful.

I want thank Ana and the entire Universal Hospice team for making moms last months, weeks, days and hours comfortable and peaceful. The nursing staff are an amazing group who show compassion, empathy and respect to my 89 year old mother. Also keeping the family updated with how things were going and making sure we were taken care of as well. Both my mom (2023) and dad (2007)passed away at this facility the care and love given to them by the staff is so comforting for a family. Thanks again for all you do to make a sad and sorrowful time easier on family and friends.

Special thanks to Nurse Joe Wallace, he has been exceptionally supportive, helpful, and very comforting. During the passing of my grandfather on the morning of Easter Sunday 2023, he went over and beyond for the Thompson Family. He treated us as his own, and exceeded every expectation that I can family could possibly ask and hope for during a time like this. He stayed connected during my grandfathers passing. Great provider! On behalf of the Thompson Family we thank you Nurse Wallace, you’re heaven sent!

When our mother fell/broke her pelvis in Mansfield, Texas, throwing her Alzheimer's beyond all torture and sending her to hospice ... the family was both stunned and unprepared. Initially, I had resisted Universal Health because it seemed far away and I was just scared about hospice. This turned out to be the very best thing we could have ever done. Emotionally, spiritually, mentally, even physically -- they were so good for us. They care for and loved our mom in a way that we can only now appreciate. It hurts - even now - to write a 'review' about my mother's passing but in honor of my mother, I want other families with hurting/ailing loved ones to know that this is the place you want to be in those final hours. Mom died on Christmas eve - she died peacefully, without the agony she had been in before, and with us by her side. xxoo

Remarkable!!! We have been here for over a week with multiple visits from friends and family. We have stayed plenty of days & stayed over several nights so we see the consistency that makes everything flow. We definitely appreciate the staff more than words can say. This place is a blessing that can be felt as soon as you walk into the facility. The "at-home" feel is something that is helping everyone during this time of our lives. There are so many things that leave you in awe from the staff to the layout all the way to the amenities. Never being in this type of situation leaves so many questions about the "what is" or "what happens when" hospice is needed. All of your questions and concerns are fully addressed. You will have a full understanding as to where life has taken you and your loved one. From the moment you walk in the door you are met with a friendly greeting. It is truly a lovely place that you appreciate as you began the transition in your family knowing that your loved one is in great hands. God has truly blessed us & this place.
