We are trying to make an appointment but Marcos refused to call back. This is the worst service we ever had. We will complain to the referring hospital as well.

My Father was hospitalized earlier this month. My family has used Encompass in the past and were told that Encompass is now Enhabit so they chose their services. My Father was home several days with NO contact from this agency. My Mom called the admissions office several times and was given many excuses and promised someone would call. After a couple more days passed still NO one called to arrange a home visit. Unfortunately my father ended up back in the hospital. Thankfully they chose Hill Country Memorial Home health this time. They were out the very next day as a home health should be. Unfortunately the great things that were Encompass did not remain with the name change.
