My actual rating is 5+++. Nexus Home Healthcare is a quality organization. From my first phone call to them to the dismissal, I was listened to and informed, and my husband was genuinely appreciated. I had initially called a couple of other home care services, and I was treated with respect. However, Nexus not only treated me with respect, but truly listened from the first moment (thank you, Valerie). Lesley came to visit my husband at the rehab hospital and explained everything we needed to know and the sequence of how things would occur. Amber was his "at home" nurse, and she was so kind and helpful. Ben was his physical therapist. He read my husband's moods well and Ben was able to encourage him to work hard each session, which is not necessarily an easy feat. As we transition to another phase of my husband's needs, we are so appreciative of what Nexus Home Care provided to both of us.

We received excellent help from the registered nurse, Robin and the physical therapist, Ben. Robin, RN and Ben, PT are very caring and compassionate professionals. There efforts not only were of benefit to my mother in law but were a side benefit to us. Their knowledge and advice that we shall follow will add years of quality life to us, the care givers of our 105 year old mom. She is a very special person who has the distinction of being one of the oldest patients being cared for. It's a credit to all who are helping to add to a record setting life as she approaches her 105 and 1/2 years of life.
