My 22-year-old son is my caregiver. He works for this company. I've been with this company for many years. I truly care about Sabu. But, this has come to a point where I cannot ignore it. Two weeks ago my son's check was shorted over $300. We were devastated. He lives in my home and works more hours than he gets paid for. They said there was a clock-in problem. He had been having trouble with his phone so we sucked it up. For the next time, he checked in and out on my phone in front of me. Yesterday he got his check and it was over $100 short. Since he contributes to this household, we have done without groceries because of these two shortages. Talking to those women up front is impossible. First off they don't care. Instead of doing anything to help straighten it out they just tell us too bad. I have lost all confidence in them. There's something fishy about two times in a row when all these years it has not happened. I reported them to my insurance company and am in the process of finding a new company. I don't know what's going on over there but we can't continue to take a loss like this and given my son works more hours than he gets paid for in the first place, it's not fair to him. I have neuropathy in my feet and left leg. Many times he gets up in the middle of the night to rub lotion on my feet and get the feeling back and help with the pain. He is my right arm and he does everything to help me with my disabilities. My left knee is bone to bone, I have a hematoma and two herniated discs in my lower back and my right shoulder is torn. So his job is 24/7. This young man even helps me with my grandchildren in order for me to be able to keep them here , let them spend the night and spend the time with me . He never complains when I ask for my grandkids to come see me . Even though this means more work for him . He certainly does not get paid for all the hours that he works. I'm so done.

The owner Sabu is very nice but, the staff there, ESPECIALLY HIS WIFE are very very rude and will hang up in your face when u call to ask questions. This place needs new employees with customer service skills. I will be making a complaint with the Dept of Aging and Disability, bka DAD'S 2 years ago, i posted the above complaint. This is ridiculous. For some reason my aide continues to have a problem with her check. We are looking for another company and will be making a complaint soon.
