Mrs. Sandra has been one amazing lady that truly cares about her patients. I wasn't sure about pinnacle home health care at first. Then Mrs. Sandra Potter, just from the smell knew that my cousin had an infection and after a while of the infection not being resolved, Mrs. Sandra decided to put him in a wound care facility. This facility is just amazing for his situation. Now I know for sure that my cousin is in good hands with Mrs. Sandra Potter at Pinnacle Home Healthcare.

Pinnacle is the best home health care out there. Ms. Sandra is a guardian Angel to our family! She had a meeting with us and within 3 days our fathers health insurance was changed. Then she reached out to one of the best rehabs and got him moved there with no problem. Very professional, very loving, and very sincere. She gets things done in a timely manner and makes sure she checks up on us to see if we need anything. She is definitely family now! She and her staff does an amazing job communicating as well and we can’t thank them enough. Please if you have a loved one in need of care this is the place! Thanks for all you u do!

Pinnacle was good until they weren't. There was a high turn over in attendants with some being more concerned with whether my home was my mother's home. Only one really knew how to clean or even made an effort to clean. For most, my house was already clean so they didn't clean. They sat most watching tv. Anita, not sure of her exact position, was very professional. Sandra seemed a bit overworked and somewhat unorganized when it came to her attendants. But not an overall poor reflection on her work ethic. You do what you can do with the tools and support provided by the agency. Arianna, I guess is new on the scene, seemed to be hired to get things in "better" order but has a somewhat unprofessional way of doing it and arguing with the daughter of the client about the attendants taking my mother's temp is not professional at all. They've put my mother at risk for COVID with their high turnovers in their attendants but they want to come into my home because "it's state mandated" and check my mother's temperature with a mouth thermostat that has no protective casing. I don't think so. I asked for this in writing and never heard back from Arianna. The best service they were able to provide for my mother (and me) was an attendant on the weekend. Hence, the two stars. Beyond that they were worthless in making my job easier in caring for my 92 yo mother.

Sandra is a very hard worker i like how she is concerned about her parents and. there well being i would refer pinnacle health care the best in the field today

MS Sandra is so kind and she really love her job she showa me so much understanding and she is always there for me I just love her
