On the 19th a ""NURSE"" came to check on my mom's wounds and take her BP. But my mom that day was none responsive . There is when the Nurse insisted and insisted that she was sent to enroll my mom in HOSPICE. I told her no she told me my mom's oxygen was low that her boss was right that my mom should be enrolled in Hospice . I got mad called my mom's Dr she said call ambulance Nurse said NO NO THATS A WAIST OF TIME I STILL DID IT'S MY MOM IN THE HOSPITAL SHE GOT THE BEST OF CARE SHE HAD SEVERE INFECTION PLUS LOW OXYGEN CALL BEEFIRST DON'T WANT THAT NURSE IN MY HOUSE EVER OR CALL COPS FOR TRESPASSING SHE WANTED TO PUT MY MAMAS LIFE IN DANGER🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I called 5/22/19 in morning 8:30am I left my message to call me back today is 5/24/19 and it's about2:30 I called them because they never called me back .they tell you they pay 9.50 but they don't They just lie to your face with smile s they stop by unannounced and can't even call to let me know when someone sick or have some home appointment s I can't be with two people at once for two different things I only put one stat but I don't mean that one stars either it's -0 thanks for nothing no communication

Don't trust your loved ones care and comfort with this company! I've never been involved in a more disorganized company, with such a breakdown in communication, from the Dr to the staff, to the pharmacy. My grandmother has been in hospice care for a while now, and I've never had to deal with Dr. Zartuche, but if the treatment we received is their standard, then I suggest you save yourself and your love one some pain and suffering and run the other way!!!! They don't even deserve the 1 star I gave them.
