So far so good!!! Had about 4 adjustments and I feel 80% better, I always look forward to coming to Dr Chris. 1st he is so positive and uplifting, that alone is a healing of the spirit. He is firm and gentle with his treatment and talks you the whole time explaining what he does. I have never felt so comfortable with a chiropractor as I have with him. His office is run by a pretty assistant, Esmie. She was so helpful from the first visit!! Please go and try him, you will love the place!❤️

I’ve been seeing Dr. Christopher for a year now, and I’m really happy with the care I get here. The whole place has a super welcoming and friendly vibe that makes you feel comfortable from the start. Dr. Christopher is great at explaining everything clearly, so you always know what’s going on with your treatment. He will hold you accountable. A little secret, our body is a tattle tale, and lets him know when you aren’t doing your part of the treatment plan. He’s helped me a lot with my hip, back, and neck pain that I’ve had for years — it’s gotten so much better! Besides just easing the pain, my mood and overall health have improved too. His treatment plan also includes an in house massage therapist Ernie, who provides therapeutic massages that when combined with his adjustments provides relaxed muscles and allows the adjustments to be even more effective. Chiropractic care is about way more than just pain relief — it has help with my stress, improve my energy, and has supported my whole body’s health. Dr. Christopher really gets that and cares about helping you feel your best. If you’re looking for a chiropractor who’s friendly, honest, and really knows what they’re doing, I’d definitely recommend Dr. Christopher!

This place is a scam. The office manager is incredibly unprofessional. Texts sent from this office: “Good morning! This is Dr. Christopher from Connected Health in Highland Village. I have attached the new patient paperwork for you to fill out before you come in. Please fill out before. Your appointment will be cancelled if you do not fill the paperwork out before you walk in. If you are running more than 10 minutes late then we would need to reschedule.” I found a text containing grammatical errors, and threats of cancellation over paperwork (that I did fill out prior to the appointment time) of an appointment from a doctor’s office to be concerning. I stated simply that the behavior was not encouraging. Their immediate response: “Good morning, Allison! Thank you for your feedback. At Connected Health, we strive to provide a respectful and efficient environment for all of our patients. Given your concerns, we believe it would be best to cancel your appointment. We wish you the very best in finding the care that best fits your needs.“ Being respectful of your patients would include honoring your appointment commitments. Being respectful of your patients might include not threatening to cancel their appointment the day of, when the patient has already rearranged their schedule. I wanted my deposit back, and my intake information returned to me. I was then forbidden from coming to the office, and told it was not up for debate. Wildly unnecessary. My deposit has yet to be returned.
