I spent 5 days in Memorial Hermann and required home health care for a daily antibiotic IV and blood work. Andrew the RN was very responsive and professional. Follow up from the company was great! It is difficult to find a company and people that work for them to actually care about your health. I highly recommend Amazon Health Services.

I received several calls from different people so that I didn't know who the main supervisor was. I was signed up for OT when I needed PT. They would call and say they were 5 min away rather than make a mutually beneficial appointment. The whole thing was a complete curfluffle!

I would not give it any Stars. Quick after 2 weeks. I have doing home health for 20 years, but, this company is horrible. God forgive me. Stay away.
