When I called on a Saturday 9/24/22 because my provider had an emergency and would not be there, I got not call till the middle of the following week and was told to call only during business hours. She yelled at my wife and hung up on her. This lady is supposed to be finishing her law degree yet knows nothing of diplomacy or staying calm in tense situations. She has zero customer service skills. I feel for her staff, my provider is a gem, and I would hate think how her boss treats her. At our intake we were told to any time and we would good get a prompt response. That quickly turned to Monday thru Friday only and we will call you in a few days. I honestly feel neglected that she didn’t send a floater or at least call me when my provider had to be out.

If this agency could receive no stars I will give them no stars instead of one because they do not even deserve one star. Administrator very rude hangs up on people lack of communication caught her in a couple of lies. Was told to call during business hours however when we did not have a caregiver for a weekend and tried to get one she got angry with us yet at the interview told us that we could call her at any time and she would answer the phone. The caregiver does a great job the administrator at this company needs to relearn customer service and how to talk to people.
