I am thoroughly frustrated with Caring Professionals. I called Caring Professionals 10 days ago to get care lined up following my father’s discharge from The Buckingham to home health. We still do not have a PT session scheduled. When I’ve followed up with the office, they tell me they can’t do anything to help because it’s a third party provider. What then, is the role of Caring Professionals? They take no accountability for managing home health scheduling or delivery.

Can’t leave 1 star. This outfit is hit or miss. When I was discharged from hospital I was assigned to them. I was told they had an aid who could help with shower, that never happened even though I requested many times. The nurse did not have any set schedule.. came when she wanted or not at all. Then took vital signs and that was it… Run far far away from this Agency
