This location sucks. Waited over 20 minutes for 2 frostys. Ended up just leaving cause nobody was helping. The girl at the front was more concerned with chatting with her friend that doesn’t work there.

Huge rave to west side Wendy’s. Ordered food last night 5 min before closing and told them at the window hey guys no big deal if I need to go somewhere else I know you’re only open 5 more min. They were very nice and insisted it was perfectly fine. Well got home and was missing a burger. No big deal! Came up today with the receipt and as soon as I said hey I was here last night before close and she stopped me and said you were missing your burger. They covered the whole meal even though I offered to pay for the fries and coke but they wouldn’t let me. Awesome management there and I am truly impressed.

I think they strive to suck. We waited in line for about 20 minutes, which was fine but once we ordered it took a while for someone to come up to the window to take our payment. The lady at the second window literally opened the window and just handed us the food, without any acknowledgment of us being there like a “hi, thank you” or anything. Then once we got into our food, the fries were cold and the apple pecan salad didn’t have half the ingredients. To top it off they have no trash cans outside either.

This is a 1 star for me not for the food. As I finished my meal with my family I went to the restroom to check if there was a changing table. There was a woman in there (assuming the manager). I used the other stall while I was waiting she left. No washing her hands and left a bloody tampon in the toilet. She was wearing a different shirt too. guessing she was the manager!? I know they wear gloves but how many other things she touched to even get to the station. This is unacceptable...
