If I could give them a zero, I would. I purchased a hand splint from them. There are no size chart on their website. After receiving the item, it was far too large for my wife. I tried to return the item and purchase a smaller one, but was told that since we opened the item and tried it on, that no return was allowed. The item was sent in a zip-lock bag so no destruction of the container happened. I would never shop from such an unscrupulous company again and I would suggest that no one else be placed in the same situation
