Been with Divine since 2019, sending me people that won't speak english, constantly can't find a replacement, but i put up with it, now my Medicaid is completely gone and I'm having to pay out of pocket, i stayed on in case they could send a replacement. Every single time I ask about a replacement, it's always "Well i don't know what we can do, maybe we can find somebody eventually, i don't know" Total incompetence, i write checks for them and not picked up for over a week and not put in the bank for a week, there's no reason to keep Divine and pay their price when i can just pay the caretaker directly and take my chances on a replacement, i'm doing that anyway, no support, no encouragement, forget this!

Karen is the best! Her customer service is outstanding and she always responds in time whenever I have any questions. Definitely happy with her and her customer service.

If I could have put a minus star I would have Worst staff, major attitudes especially from the woman named Zoey who is part of management. If they treat their employees a certain way I can only imagine how the treat their clients.

Aida Wheelright, “ caregiver”to use the term loosely was very rude, she was loud and obnoxious. The rest of the team and management did not object to her behavior and seemed like it was overall Accepted. I always advocate for the elderly and her (Aida Wheelright’s) behavior and attitude was disturbing.
