I would like to say the staff is amazing, always helpful and go above to help. The nurse who attended my father in law was very helpful and gave him teachings on how to use his BP machine and his blood sugar machine. She was a text/call away. Thank you to the staff when I needed help they didn’t hesitate to answer all my questions.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! If you love your family member....do not let them use duracare services. My mother came home from the hospital and couldn't move from the neck down and had a tracheostomy as well as ventilator stuff. I knew how to do the trach stuff I learned from the hospital but needed a nurse, physical therapy as well as trach supplies I was told by Judy everyday I called that a nurse was coming Noone came and after I wrote a strong worded message the manager got back to me and a guy came the next day with no trach supplies, just a box of gloves and tended to my mom's wounds and that was it. I felt like my mom was put on the back burner. That Noone cared at all. My Mom has since been rushed to the hospital because I couldn't get her supplies they were suppose to give me she ended up with pneumonia, and other trach problems due to duracare. It's been two weeks and a week ago was the last I have heard from them.
