Worst company ever. A nurse that goes by Miss Francis was lying about giving my daughter her medicine. She just came to work to sleep and not take care of my child properly I reported the nurse and company to Medicad it’s a scam company. No one comes to work. I hate I ever trusted them to come into my life and my house worst mistake I made in life.

Never use this home health care company. They accepted my case on Thursday and the authorization went through on Monday when my healthcare was supposed to start. 3 days of no call no show and management does nothing to cover the shifts or provide me with someone else. Very unprofessional. Do not let this company take care of your loved ones.
