Gulf Coast Holds your health hostage for another company called Byrum Gulf Coast does not furnish supplies but orders from another company called Byrum Gulf Coast never mentioned this to me in the beginning, when the insurance doesn't cover something, Byrum price gouges you and if you refuse to pay Byrum, Byrum does not send the supplies for the nurse to provide care! I never hired Byrum!!!! Byrum was never mentioned! How can nurses do their work without supplies??? I hired Gulf Coast Community Health Services to take care or me not Byrum!! Watch out people, there are Skilled Nursing Companies that do not do this scam Gulf Coast and Byrum are doing and better care! Take it from me i had to learn this scam the hard way!!!

You are really taking your chances here. Just will say at minimum they are not well run. Switched to them briefly for my mother's caregiving. Promised several times they had needed caregiver availability and everything would be fine, but Never delivered. This cause a huge problem in our schedule. Then, came back and said they were hiring staff... but after more than a week ...nothing , no call ,no text, no nothing, never heard from them again... moved on. Still not even a thanks for trying us.
