so i’m a VERY clean girl. I do not engage in intercourse unless I have a partner. I have had 5 partners throughout life. In march I went to get tested because I had gotten a new partner. They call me and tell me I have an STI so I immediately tell my partner to go get tested, he comes back negative. So I call because a urinary tract infection can cause a false positive. They’re telling me “it’s not a false positive. I am always going to believe my partner because I know what he does 24/7, who he’s been with, had him tested previously before even engaging in sexual intercourse. The lady was so rude on the phone that I quite literally went to the ER, in fact did have a UTI, and NO STI’s. it’s not even about the STI it’s about every single review on here stating how staff is incredibly rude to others when it’s an extremely vulnerable place where they deal with vulnerable situations. health care professionals are in the health care field to EMPATHIZE, not be little or beat down other WOMEN. I would give zero stars if I could.
