The Nurses provided by IPR Home Healthcare - Jeanette Brown & Sarita Johnson - have both been given me excellent care!! And they improved my quality of life greatly!! They were great with the Wound Care but also provided an understanding climate of caring about me. I highly recommend IPR... Carol Wennagel

I was assigned a home health nurse named Milly through IPR which was outstanding. Milly arrived punctually to my home each week with a professional attitude and would explain any questions I might have had through my multiple myeloma journey. Taking my vital signs each visit was administered with care.

I wish there was a way to give 0 stars. My husband had esophageal cancer in January, and has had to have physical therapy, and wound therapy. The wound therapy stopped last month, but the physical therapy continues. Every month they send someone to re-evaluate my husband to keep the physical therapy going, but each month they cancel it when it shouldn't be. So we have to make numerous phone calls to try and get it restarted. We basically have to do their job. Today it all happened again, and all we get are excuses. My husband needs this PT, but what we don't need is the stress we have to go through to get it. Looks like we will have to either cancel the therapy he desperately needs, or try and get it moved to a move competent health care service provider. Don't use IPR if you can avoid it! We definitely don't recommend them!
