Beware! You can not rely on this agency to send a provider for scheduled appointments! My daughter made that mistake and they left her waiting and never showed! The first time it happened they blamed it on the caregiver saying she decided it was too far to drive. The next day it was a different excuse. The 3rd day the supervisor , Jolene , promised she would be here HERSELF to do the job and never showed up ! She then lied and said she did come and she knocked on the door but nobody answered which did not happen. I was home with my daughter and 1 other person waiting and watching for her and we would not have missed her if she had been here. I do not understand how they even stay in business . They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. -10 stars would be given if possible! I warned you.

They don't even deserve one star. HORRIBLE. I don't know if it's the whole company that's shady or just Joline. I reported them to the state for unethical business behavior. Or shall I say Joline's behavior. They should be shut down and lose their license. They were also two days late paying my provider. That's not good when you have money coming out of your account to pay bills. I'm moving onto another company. Hasta la vista Kingspoint healthcare services.

Anna Salinas is working very hard to bring good provider service and home health care to Brazoria County. Physical therapy can be done in the home and a nurse can help organize the patients medications. The work well with diabetic patients and have their own providers in house for bathing and personal care for Medicare patients.
