I am beyond pleased with the services that my husband is receiving from Maxim Healthcare. The staff here is very professional and will keep you informed in every step of the admission process. They have a well organized team and they all work together. The staff at Maxim is amazing. (Cindy, Lorraine, Luwana and Gabby) I worked with Gabby the most and she was awesome she did her due dilligence and worked very hard going back and forth with insurance to get what was needed to get my husband admitted. She set up meet and greets so that we could meet different nurses before they came into our home. I was able to get good nurses and they are taking good care of my husband. The nurses are dependable, reliable, honest and caring. They are great! They have taken alot of stress off of me. They are a huge help to me and my family! I am very grateful to have been introduced to Maxim and to be working with this company. I’ve been with Maxim now for over a year and despite ONE minor blip in regards to my paycheck…I have no complaints. I’ve been an LVN for 13yrs and can say Maxim is a good company. Salary is competitive, office staff professional, and flexibility is great. I’ve worked with a few different clients and by far this is my favorite job. YEARS in the SNFs doing LTC almost killed me. I’ve worked at almost EVERY major inpatient facility in Houston but found the work loads abusive. Grateful to be doing home care at this time. If you are a vent nurse head on down and apply! You won’t regret it.

I have been working for maxim for about five months now as a home health nurse. The support staff has always been available and easy to contact. They were able to adjust my schedule while I made the transition moving from out of state to Houston. They provide training for skills needed to ensure caregivers are competent, confident, and safe while caring for clients in their home. The Maxim team, from the client coordinators, clinical supervisors, to field support, work closely with the home care staff to communicate patient needs to provide the best individual based care possible for the client. I am happy to be a part of the Maxim Healthcare Team.
