I can’t thank Nurse Roberto enough for the incredible care he provided during my recovery. From the moment we met, he made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns with genuine compassion. His ability to explain everything clearly eased my anxiety and made a tough time so much brighter. Thank you for being such a wonderful nurse! You are a true hero in healthcare! 💖 Also the company overall was good in my opinion. One Sunday I needed a on call nurse and one showed up within a hour. Thanks medical insights.

Medical Insights is the worst! Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND! If I could give them NO STARS I would. They’re real sloppy with their “work”, very inconsistent & full of LIES. They tell you one thing then the next it’s another thing. What a horrible experience!

I had phone this place about getting my bed-ridden family member the necessary shots( flu, covid, etc.) at home because I had no means to get him off the bed and into a wheelchair much less transport. Medical Insight first told me they can do it, asked me about insurance, and said that the PCP has to fax them a referral which I did IMMEDIATELY. The next day, Medical Insight changed their story and contacted the PCP and told them they do NOT have such service. I called them and they claim they NEVER said they could give inoculations at patient's home. Be wary of this place.

Today's meeting with Medical Insights is my first of many to follow. My first impression of MI is that they are capable and professional. I decided to follow a gut instinct that tells me to disregard all of the very old reviews and start a new folder, so to speak, on MI Home Healthcare. As Healthcare manager for my family, I have experience in the area of home care for the elderly as well as hands-on experience with the State of Texas and Social Services. It can be a sensitive atmosphere for both parties concerned- family & patient or home care providers! I will be monitoring and providing a weekly review... Both MI and patient deserve it!

Spoke with them to have a knee walker delivered to me on the of my surgery. Took care of all the paperwork. When i call for the delivery today, I was informed they don't have a walker in stock. Spoke with Manager Ray he was rude and try to give me lecturer about supply and demand. Will never do business with them again.
