Noah please get a better attitude and I can't believe no one is at your office on a Friday! But its okay I will take my mom and her 64 hours a week to another agency that will appreciate it. And Mrs.Girlie, thats the name he said is the only one that does any paper work is not there on a Friday..... he wouldn't even get my information.

Im a client of this place for about 2-3 years and they have become very bad about caring for their clients... The ladies answering the phones have no sympathy for us and our needs. They do not pay the providers when they are contracted to do so therefore leaving us the clients in a position to possibly not receive care for days due to the providers not wanting to work for NO PAY! I call to speak with a supervisor or someone that can help with urgent matters and the response is no one is available and the lady says she can't reach her bosses... This is not good when you are in need of daily care and the agency is this uncaring... Some lady by the name of GIRLIE is the only name you are given no last name or anything.... This is a bad and fraudulent agency and I would assume that's why the providers aren't getting paid... Do not refer or use this place for yourself or your loved ones because we are only a check for this company they do not care about our healthcare... I will further report them to United health care and anyone else to eliminate agencies like these

Do not use this service, saying lazy, liars, and thieves does not even begin to cover the SO CALLED care givers. The bosses do not seem to care that hours are charged to you or your insurance company when they are not even at your home because the company takes A LATGE percentage of the money then so much as calls you are liar for bringing it to there attention .....real home care agencies are out there but this one is a fat cry from any type of home care

Do not accept care from this company. They are discharging patients on the basis of they are not receiving enough money from the patients insurance company!!!!!
