My mother was referred to this home care company from hospital discharge on July 3rd. She was supposed to receive weekly nurse visits and physical therapy. It took about a month before she had a nurse visit. It’s September now and she has yet to have 1 physical therapy session. The staff refuses to make regular schedule appointments, my mother has multiple doctor’s appointments per week and they want to call you, the day/night before, and come out the next day. That’s not how you do business. These people have no consideration for other people’s time. Even after we told them from the beginning that she has multiple specialists that she needs to see weekly. We gave the schedule weekly and they didn’t listen. The only thing good about this place is a nurse name Kymberly. She is a good nurse, she is very respectful and accommodating. If I could rate her separately, it would be a 5 star.

My husband has been using Nurturing Home Health Care for several months. We have had different OT & PT, but the crew we have now is amazing. Minnie is our RN that checks on us every month, IJ comes weekly. Justice is fantastic for PT and my husband really likes the new OT. I had a recent fall and now I am also a client. I was so thankful that my insurance was in network. I can’t imagine using another company.

Keana exceptional level of care and professionalism have made a significant difference in my great aunts' life. Living far away we were concerned as a family that the OT would just show up and not be committed to care but just a paycheck. However, Keana attentiveness and attention to detail are truly remarkable. She has been ensuring my aunties needs are met and that I am comfortable with the care she is receiving. Her genuine care and compassion shine through. Highly recommend!

Larisa is a very professional nurse. Is very conscientious in her care of me. She is always considerate of my feelings and also remembers my past medical history. She takes special care not to hurt me when dressing my wounds. Over all she is excellent in her job and I look forward I her medical visits.
