I used Option Care while pregnant with hyperemesis for over 100 days. I can't say enough good things about the service. I received equipment and medication on time every week. I talked to a nurse everyday, they were knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had. I recommend using Option Care if you need home health services.

There are PLENTY of companies to use who will treat you right, give you what you have been billed for, send things and nurses out on time, but this company is far from that. This company has only complicated my pregnancy at a time when I need help the most. The staff is rude, they do not try and accommodate you unless you throw a fit. Why should I have to get upset JUST to get the things I need from them that they are billing my insurance company for plus what I’m paying out of pocket??? My OB office sent this referral to this company, they had no idea how they really treated their patients and hopefully won’t be referring to this company anymore. Do not waste your time, energy, or money on this awful company.

Used this company's service for a few months. I did receive the medicine and they did appoint a nurse who compromised throughout the whole treatment. Other than that it was a constant struggle to get the medicine sent each and every time, there was plenty of confusion in between departments which caused a lot of overnight shipping, but at least they did the right thing in customer service and lied nicely

By far the worst experience for my daughter. I have never seen a home health company make the patient do all of the leg work. I would not recommend this company to anyone. My daughter has went 48 hours without the proper medicine and the company blames it on the doctor. The excuse was the meds can't be ordered over the weekend and it is now Tuesday night and they are still blaming it on the doctor when the home health company said they would call first thing Monday morning. If you can choose a different company, please do so!!! I don't even give them one star!!!
