This place is messy. Rude they try to talk to you anyway. But they find out she was talking to a black woman.

This company is one of the best home health agencies I have worked with. I have tried 2 Agencies before they were recommended to me. They are so professional and nice especially the intake lady called Mary Rose. They were recommended to me by the Hospital and my Insurance company. I am so pleased with their nursing and therapy services. I highly recommend them

They are very rude and they like to yell over you when you talk. Mary Rose is over therapy and she is always holding back the therapy. I have to call and complain, the therapy companies have to request the authorization be faxed and finally the insurance has to call and complain and then maybe a week later she will finally fax the authorization. This company is so unprofessional! I would never recommend them!!

After my hospital stay at Herman Memorial in The Woodlands this company was recommended to me by the hospital for home health care and physical therapy services. After several days with no contact, I had to call them to schedule a physical therapy evaluation and then the therapist called me after my appointment time to say that he was still stuck in traffic. Not too impressed. I'm finding out that you have to be very careful and do some up front research when looking for home health care services

After a two week hospital stay following a major surgery with complications my relative was released. She was to have a nurse visit every morning no later than 10:00 am. The patient, my relative had to receive an antibiotic iv and wound change twice a day. The morning iv had to start by 10:00 am in order to have the second one administered at 10 pm. Otherwise the second one (which is administered by the patient herself) would have to be administered in the middle of night. Not ideal for the patient. First morning the nurse arrives before 10:00am but came unprepared for the wound dressing change. Her ability to perform a wound change was poor, resulting in trauma and bleeding. When it came time to administer the antibiotic iv the nurse could not find the materials in the packaging. After the patient called the pharmacy the materials were found in the packaging. Second day the nurse does not show up at or before 10:00 am. The patient called Reez and spoke to Margaret. Margaret was argumentative. She would not let the patient finish a sentence, talking over the patient in a very loud voice. No apologies or explications were given as to why the agency’s nurse had not shown up at the appointed time. At 11:30 the agency nurse (same one as the day before) shows up. The work had been done so she was dismissed before entering the patients home. I personally called the agency and spoke to Margaret. Margaret’s behavior during our phone conversation was very unprofessional. She would not allow me to finish a sentence and spoke very loudly. She was argumentative and was incapable of carrying on a calm productive conversation. I would definitely consider hiring any other agency before hiring this one.
