Run, Run away do not walk! I wouldn’t put my dog as a client for this company, it is ran very poorly and unsatisfactory by the administration and employees, just one in particular name is Joy, who stated she was a RN in the beginning, but that was a lie. Joy is very obnoxious and very RUDE! This company allows her to work for them as some kind of insurance authorizer but she is allowed to put in supply orders which she does poorly and she never lets you finish a sentence, she interrupts your conversation and she is very loud, almost as if she is bullying you. This company allows your love one to go without therapy for months at a time due to their lack of knowledge for stroke patients by not asking the insurance company for more therapy visits in a timely manner, they will let the client therapy visits expire without telling the family, then once you call them to find out what’s going on with the therapy, it’s oooo we have to get authorization from the insurance company weeks later after having no therapy. Daisy RN and Lawrence RN was the only good part about this company, they are very good wound care/skilled nurses, very attentive and caring. Daisy and Lawrence even paid for wound care supplies out of their own pockets just so my love one has what he needs, due to the lack of the company not providing the simple supplies because Joy do not order supplies in a timely manner. Also they contract the therapists out from another company, they do not have their own staff so that was a headache trying to get evaluation notes from them to the doctor. Actually you have to do everything yourself in order to get your family member what they need from this company with NO Pay! This company puts your family member life in jeopardy(Joy), I guess since it’s not their family member, Joy does not care. I have spoken to the administrator on numerous times and the manager, nothing change or have gotten better for my family member, so we fired them. We were only with this company for a total of 3 to 4 months. I really didn’t want to give them any stars because they deserve no stars. Please take heed, reviews are real, I should have done my research before hiring them. Resource Home Health Services is the reason my family member had a setback in his progress as a stroke patient.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Resource Health Services. The only competent nurse was Daisy, who consistently delivered great service. However, communicating with the company was very difficult. They repeatedly denied receiving orders from doctors, despite us having confirmation of fax reception. I strongly advise against hiring them.

This is not a facility that you want to do business with. They have been funded by the state for dental services performed and do not pay the dental bills for the clients. STAY FAR AWAY THEY ARE VERY SHADY!
