I have one of the best nurses. Her name is Annie. She is so professional and she makes u feel like you have known her for years. She is an awesome nurse. I wouldn't trade her for anyone. You rock Annie.

The WORST home health agency in Houston! DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!! The only good thing about them is the CNA Chris (sp). Francis doesn’t care about the patients, and Bitsy is the worst nurse in the world! She says she will be there on a certain day, and then you don’t hear from her and she doesn’t show up. She lacks compassion which should be the number 1 trait to have when deciding to become a nurse. My mother came home from the hospital with a little spot on her rear end, but because she wasn’t showing up or treating, it turned into a bedsore. She complains, to the patient, when she has to do her job. Additionally, I suspect they’ve been charging my mom’s insurance for visits that they didn’t do. Please avoid using this agency. Your loved ones deserve far better treatment than they will get from Royal Star Agency. You will NOT get treated like royalty at Royal Star Home Health Agency.

Limited staff that does not call before showing up. You have no idea when they are coming, or what day or if they will even show up! Unreliable at best and unorganized. Save yourself the stress and heart ache, and PASS on this company. They will ding you with your insurance too, and that's just the tip of the iceburg.
