Shield was great when my son had 2 insurances sending everything on time. But as soon as he lost his second insurance it has been horrible. Emails from Jesse and Chelsea have never been returned when I explained about the insurance information. I waited since they were so good when he had both insurances, I had to call the company then was told a certification had to be sent to the insurance, I called my insurance and was told that wasn’t sent until a few days later. I waited 2 weeks because no one has called me, just got off the phone with BCBS and was told the certification was approved 2 weeks ago! My son is disabled and needs his supplies and I feel like you guys don’t care. I’ve been on hold for 10 minutes and it’s always like this when I try to call Shield. I’m seriously concidering switching companies since the communication is horrible.
