Never use this company for your family member. They are very rude to the family and there staff that's working for the company they are don't pay their employees enough money for the work they do. Everybody in the offices need to be place ASAP. I gave them one star but wish I could give them no stars at all.

My father had a PICC Line put in and this is the company we used to come do his weekly port cleaning. In The begining of the service they could not come out until a week after it was supposed to be cleaned due to insurance approval (not their fault but I did offer to pay out of pocket they said no). shortly after the first cleaning he ended up back at the hospital with MRSA Staph blood infection and went home on IV antibiotics. The social worker with the hospital confirmed future care through States health before discharge from the hospital. The same day they call US(not the hospital) and said they will no longer take his case AFTER BEING DISCHARGED FROM THE HOSPITAL. Their excuse was they no longer had nurses in our area. Even though the nurse he had was following up his entire hospital stay(4 to 5 times in the week and a half he was in the hospital). Very Unorganized and with his condition this random end of service is life threating. Im very patient when it comes to health care and appreciate all they do but being as these people are nurses and KNOW what can happen I have lost my patience and will never recomend this company to ANYONE.

Exceptional patient care. My mother's Dr. Ramakrishna V Chava promptly got her referred to services with an in house nurse and physical therapist. Nurse Lisa came to the house for an intake consult with my mother. She was prompt and accommodating to our schedules. She's been helpful in getting my mother appropriate resources that would be beneficial for her care. They offer PT services and nurse to come check on my mother daily. Also I am VERY impressed with a phone call from their nurse. They called to make sure there was someone available to assist my mother during tropical storm! I've never received a call from any Home health services - like I do here! Highly recommend using their services! They are very caring of patients!

My grandfather has been with states health for almost 3 years now I have recommended my friend as well to this agency for her mother and she have been with them for a year now. The staff is very helpful and caring. My grandfather loves his nurse. They have always been their for me and my family each and every time I call. The administrator have went above and beyond for us and I appreciate them for all they do. I recommend states health as your agency to provide all of your home health need for your love one.

Do not use this company. They are incompetent beyond measure. The service is poor and they are terrible at communication. We used them for my grandmother and they were consistently behind schedule and the woman at the front desk is extremely rude, and the staff is downright arrogant in their incompetence. Please find care for your loved ones through another company, save yourself the headache. I wish I had.
