Horrible Experience with Tawl Healthcare – Completely Unreliable If I could give Tawl Healthcare zero stars, I would. My mother-in-law suffered a serious injury and was in urgent need of rehabilitation services. The hospital submitted a request for rehab and Tawl Healthcare accepted it. We were relieved and hopeful—until the day they were scheduled to come out. On the very day of service, Tawl Healthcare decided to actually look at the address and suddenly realized it was out of their range. Instead of doing this before accepting the request (like any competent organization would), they waited until the last minute to deny the service. Because of their careless handling and complete lack of professionalism, my injured mother-in-law now has to wait even longer to get the care she urgently needs. This isn’t just an inconvenience—it’s unacceptable and potentially dangerous. Tawl Healthcare’s disorganization and failure to do their job properly caused needless delay and distress for our family. I would never recommend them to anyone needing dependable, compassionate care. They simply can’t be trusted.

TAWL has the ability to provide great service but they lack dependable, quality therapist because they subcontract this work to a company that is not capable of keeping their most effective therapist. They keep losing the good ones. In addition, it takes too long to get service scheduled. After 30 days, a continuation of service must be requested and by the time it is reviewed and approved, there has been a 7to 15-day lapse in therapy . My mother who has been trying to regain movement and some ability to care for herself after a major stroke, has been starting over every 30 days because of these extensive lapses in therapeutic service. It’s really shameful.

TAWL Healthcare was referred to my family member to provide PT after their total knee replacement by the surgeon’s office. Arrangements were made with TAWL to begin home health care PT immediately following my family member’s discharge from the hospital. TAWL Healthcare has not called or sent a PT. We have called daily and have only been told they are sending a PT. Their lack of transparency and lack of communication is horrible, especially when these services were set up weeks before surgery. I realize that finding healthcare providers may be difficult to find but TAWL Healthcare should have notified us and the doctor that they did not have a provider for us. Totally unacceptable. Do not recommend TAWL Healthcare.

They have taken care of my mom for a long time. She used another service before this one and I can't say enough great things about Tawl. They're all so wonderful and I always feel so comfortable knowing my mom is in GREAT hands with them.
