Was assigned home health after having cervical surgery and developing an infection. Treasure Care Home Health was decided on and was a great decision. The RN assigned (Delkis) was great!! We live about 70 miles from from the Houston area and she was always prompt with her arrival time. She communicated beforehand to see if anything additional was needed. Her wound care and attention to detail helped to heal properly and prevent the further possibility of infection.

Excellent home care service. My RN attendee Mr. Henry Cuenca is superb and knows his work perfectly and very polite to patients. I had an excellent relationship with him while he was assisting my IV antibiotics. Treasurer Care chose right people and Henry is definitely one among them. I wish Henry good luck in his career path.

This is a treasure that really should be left at the bottom of the ocean. Our experience was so consistently horrendous, it makes me very suspicious that all of the 100% 5-star reviews are fake. Allow me to elaborate. First, the receptionist ("case manager") struggles to understand the goals and directions given. Anticipate needing to explain in at least three different ways what you're needing accomplished, and ALWAYS have her repeat it back to you. 4 times out of 5 there's going to be important details missed. Second, the nursing staff.... wow. We were assigned three different nurses in a 2-week window. Why, you ask? Because none of them could perform their duties correctly. Nurse #1 sends a completely unprofessional text on the wrong day, informing me they would be by the next morning, which was, again, the incorrect day. I clarified this via text and called the office, concerned that we weren't starting out on a good note, especially since reception didn't exactly instill confidence. She had no idea why (this is a common theme- communication amongst staff seems to be a serious problem), but said it would be fixed. Nurse #2 was assigned to the correct day, but did not contact us at all in advance like she was supposed to. She no-showed for the 9 am appointment (no communication then either) and when I called at 1 pm, was told she would be there by 2. It was around 3:30 that she actually showed up. At this point, I had let them know their services wouldn't be needed the following week, and we would see how things went for the next week (read: how fast can I get my father out of their care?). Lo and behold, Nurse #3 texts on the wrong day to let us know they would be coming by the next day, on the wrong week. This text was even less professional, making me wonder if there's a requirement for the reading comprehension on the application for this company. I finally got insurance clearance to find a different company, and the process of getting him discharged took- you guessed it- multiple attempts to get the receptionist to actually understand and answer questions. Like I've said to medical professionals I've worked with before- 'we're not slinging french fries here, guys'. If I'm trusting the health and safety of my family member to a medical professional, I need to have some confidence in the provider. If this company were indeed 'slinging french fries', I would still advise you to check your order. Twice. Take my professional and personal advice- find a different company for your loved one. I recommend this home health services company for you or your family. Registered Nurses are well trained, friendly and professional. I also like that they are bilingual. For them, the patient is always the most important thing.
