The physical therapist who came to help with Parkinson's patient is knowledgeable as far as the session goes, but lacks communication and consistency. She seems overwhelmed and doesn't seem to want to go extra miles to provide useful printouts or visuals for the patient to keep at home for exercise. And her schedule doesn't offer much flexibility. Seems like she has too many cases of patients to see... The nurse(s) who supposedly come check in with the patient schedules visits last minute and doesn't seem to be on top of things....lacks communication with family and switches off visit with another nurse which confuses the patient...not sure what the nurse's role is...too many people involved but no consistency.
