Waited almost 2 weeks for therapy on my knee after a knee replacement. A supervisor came to check me out a week and a half after my surgery and said someone would call on sunday or morning. No-one called. Incalled and asked for a supervisor. The girl that answered said she was one. I told her that I was to have therapy last week and this week. Not one has came out. That I have therapy at KSF on tuesday and I did nit want them to come to my house. She then said she would let me talk to someone else. I hung up. The therapist called and said he could come by now. He was in the area. I told him not too come this week. I said I was going to complain to TOPPS hospital about them.
