I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Daisy the nurse who came to my house weeklywas very polite and understanding of my situation. She put up with my huge dog and 3 cats. She was always professional and kind. Daisy the PT was the same, very understanding and worked with me She was very patient and kind when trying to get me to walk again. You could not have wanted 2 kinder or more professional people. Rhonda the office administrator was also verykind when speaking with her on the phone answered all my questions if I had any and knew the business inside and out. Best home health care company you could use. HIghly recommend would definitely use them again.

On Aug. 9, a visiting nurse came to my house. Said I needed 3 PT sessions a week. Said PT would contact me and also order a potty chair. I believed I called more than once. Was told PT would contact me. On Aug. 12, still no PT. And still no potty chair. They called my PCP to get an order for this equipment. But would not get it until Mon. Aug. 15. So I called around and paid $170 of my own money to get equipment I needed. This home health has done nothing for me. Never have I ever had one who did so little for me. I am so disgusted. Please do not make this my fault.
