**I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR NO ONE. THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!**My mom was having knee replacement surgery and her doctor stated that my mom could get in home physical therapy. I called her insurance company and they gave me this company. I looked at their reviews and they were excellent. I hate that I contacted this company cause they are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I talked to the manager Diana and she ensured me that they could do what my mom needed. She never could give me straight answers when I asked about when the physical therapist is coming put. I left a message and I called several more times but no return call. My mom's insurance company called the company as well no answer. Today I get a text from Diana stating that a physical therapist is coming out tomorrow. I texted her stating that I do not need their services anymore and she should have received discharge papers. She responded stating that I needed to call her. I called and she never apologized on how she handled my mom's care. Also, they submitted to my mom's insurance things that she did not need nor what her doctor put on the referral. Her referral stated that she need physical therapy on her right knee. They submitted for her to receive speech, home health aide, social worker service, physical therapy and occupational therapy. I called my mom's insurance to tell them know that they ONLY came to my home twice and I do not want them to pay them for nothing else. Lesson learned don't always go by ratings cause you will get screwed
