My complaint is to whoever decided to change the patient zones has caused issues for the patiens. Patients who live in Hutto TX that were receiving visits from the Round Rock office now have to go through the Hutto office and Accent refuses to allow those patients to return to the Round Rock office. My family member has a difficult catheter issue when inserted that only her regular nurse out of the Round Rock office knew how to change. Now that we have to go through the Hutto office because of the zone change they can't even get a proper nurse to change it and they refuse to allow her long time nurse from the Round Rock office to come once a month to help. We've signed on way back when the company was Accolade and we had the best nurses and they were very experienced. Then the company changed to Texas home health and we lost some of those amazing nurses. We were able to keep the same nurse that we've had and now because of the rezoning and refusal to allow her to come once a month for the catheter change, my family member is unable to get the correct size catheter. I'm not happy about this at all.

I had a great experience working with Chase, Nia & Lu. Not knowing what to expect after my knee replacement, they took the time to comprehensively answer all of the many questions I've had and provided a great plan for recovery which has been much easier than I anticipated. They helped me keep a good balance to stay on track and not doing too much. Following their plan, my range of motion is much further along than average and I have been able to regain my natural stride back without the limp I've had for so long. Their scheduling, communication & availability was beyond anything I could've expected. I'll definitely be requesting this team in a few months when I get the other knee replaced. Thank you very much!
