I just had an awesome experience with two ladies by the names of Nurse Practioner- Vicki and also Carla. These ladies made me feel at ease and I feel like they got to know me well. They covered everything about my health, even something I didn’t even think about like depression. We sat down and talked about my health (which is so much!), and talked about things we need to do and so much more. They wasn’t worried about how much time it took and I appreciate that . I felt heard. No matter for the things we covered, they were quick and efficient. I had no questions when they left because they were thorough. I look forward to seeing these ladies again. 😊

My mother's current provider could no longer care for her due to distance and changes in Medicare coverage for at home patients. They referred HarmonyCares, but we were planning to switch to her original doctor next year as he had relocated back to our town. Harmony Cares called us constantly, leaving messages 2-3 times a day! I finally answered and decided to schedule her an appointment since there are a couple of months left in the year and she hadn't had a check up. They don't set appointment times - just appointment DAYS and tell you they will text you a timeframe the day before. Because of this I took the day off. I received a text the day before our appointment with a 2 hour time frame. Fine. I confirmed. In the morning I received a voicemail that I could hardly make out. I thought that I heard the time frame had changed to 11:30 - 2:30. Whatever. I already had to take the day off. No one ever came. I thought I heard a horn one, after 2:30, but when I got to the door there was no one there, so I assumed they could not make it. I did not have any messages of anyone trying to let us know they were here (we have a gated fence). 2 hours later we receive an email with follow up on our appointment saying we were "no show." I am livid. I took the day off because they cannot even narrow down a time frame until the day before, then no one shows and they call us a NO SHOW. My mother has a direct view to the gate and she said no one had pulled into the drive except delivery drivers. SCAMMERS no doubt trying to bill for appointments they don't show up for.

I am 71 years old with no transportation. It is awesome to have health care come to me. The doctors and the Nurse practitioners are amazing. They actually listen to their patience and show they care about you. You can call them any time and they will answer questions, order refills, etc... If you need mobile doctors, I highly recommend this service.
