My family has used Lone Star for years and years. Dorothy took care of my mother in law and she is so nice and professional. I cannot say enough good things about her!! We consider her family. My mother in law passed away in 2023 at 86 years old and we are so grateful for the care we received. I would highly recommend Lone Star to all my friends and family!!!!

We have been with Lone Star Health for approximately 3 months and are so satisfied we made the switch from another Home Health Care Agency!! Lone Star Health Care is so easy to contact. Terrill in the home office has always answered my call. No switchboard to go through. Terrill is a very good listener. I believe he genuinely cares for his clients and their families concerns and is ALWAYS looking for a solution, but more than willing to let you express your current problem in dealing with your aging loved one. The caregivers employed by Lone Star Health Care are very qualified and have a very TLC attitude. Every caregiver we have dealt with from Nurse to Aide to Office personal have gone over and above any "job description" to provide QUALITY & CONCERNED care for their clients. I would HIGHLY recommend Lone Star Health Care. My only regret is that we did start with them 18 months ago when we started down this journey of looking for home healthcare providers. Excellent staff who go above and beyond. Before Lonestar, we used a different home health company that was assigned by the hospital, after my dad had a stroke. That company's aids were nearly useless and caused my mom (my dad's primary caretaker) more stress than not having any aid at all. The second time my dad was hospitalized, I researched and called around and decided to try Lonestar. I encouraged my mom to give it another try. Lonestar's aid (Marci) and nurse (Dorothy) are exceptional. I would give them more stars if I could. They do an amazing job caring for my dad and have reduced my mom's stress enormously. They are incredibly helpful, caring and hard working which is not easy to find.

My dad's nurse Ms. Dorothy is AWESOME! She has gone above and beyond for my parents and was able to give me direct clear answers about my dad's care. She is easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable about his treatments, medications and procedures. She gave me great advice and was so very pleasant to speak with.
