This is one of the worst Home Health Places there is the staff is rude never call you back . Nor ever have client help available. They lie about everything . I would give this company a zero star if it was available.

Worst home health service ever. Never can get ahold of provider supervisor office staff is very unprofessional. Office manager tells you one then calls back hours later telling you something totally different. I've been with out provider service for the past two days. Unfortunately I've fallen 6times in the last two days.

They took wonderful care of my grandmother after she got out of the hospital she was in there for four months. She was very weak and on a oxygen machine. They nursed her back to health. She is no longer on the oxygen machine and she moved around better now than when she went into the hospital. All staff and nurses where kind and treated us like family! 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve supposed to have had service with what was originally when I signed up Jordan Home Health before it switched to Elara. They have the highest turn over rate of any HH I’ve ever dealt with. My Provider has NOT been paid in over 3 weeks and we keep getting different stories from 3 different people. Very unorganized company. And one of the ladies named Melinda in the office has told so many different stories it’s ridiculous and she also has a Very Smart Attitude and wants to get an attitude with me every time I’ve talked to her. Had never spoken to her or the timekeeper until last week and it has been a total nightmare!! I would NOT recommend them to Anyone!!
