Not such of a great place, hospital released my granddad with elite home healthcare wound care, I wish brook city base 3333 research plaza hospital do their research first and actually contact the patient family before deciding for themselves what to do with the patient when we the family has power of attorney over the patient (at least let us know what’s you all decide before it’s done) How can I get hired on to a place of home health wound care to care for my grandpa. The ladies that came out to do wound care for my grandpa are bad at what they do, like rough not careful or just don’t care for the patients feeling like if the patient is lying and didn’t just have an open surgery, that’s why they are here doing home health care for open wounds. And want to come at times that are only convenient to them claiming that my grandpa is lying about how much his body is hurting and acting like other personal appointments we have had scheduled are lies as well. . I’ve had to do their jobs a job they are getting paid for, like care for his multiple wounds on his back, scrotum area and both feet one foot with a vac, myself being 7months pregnant I can still manage to be careful and do the vac change efficiently. I would like a job please, I obviously don’t need the training needed since the people they send out can’t manage. At the hospital same thing happened they were turning him over on his sides to avoid more bed sores, except one really nice nurse Mrs Kat, was the best nurse there on the 3rd floor and I truly appreciate how she helped out my grandpa.

Do not invite this company into your home, they don’t offer any Real MD’s or have a Doctor that comes to visit. They have to hire outside care for specialist. I really wish I never heard of this company. They called APS on my family, who care day and night to keep my very ill mother comfortable and alive, because we are trying to fix up a medicare error on my mom’s transportation. There are people who are neglected & abused, they come into a good home, see a loving family and do something so cruel. I can’t imagine the mental stress that this might cause my mom once she finds out. It’s Heartbreaking. Melissa who came into my home only twice had the nerve to report us, and then blame her supervisor, who had no idea what was happening when I called to ask her why they would do this. VERY DISHEARTENING AND DISAPPOINTING. DO NOT do business with this company. Save your money and your services for another company like Harmony Cares or anyone else.
