My first encounter with knowing about this company came after looking them up after a bad experience with your Driver #61 red car on the road this afternoon. Not only did he cut me off really badly, but then when I passed him later on he flicked me off with his middle finger. This is absolutely appalling to have an employee like this serve as a representative of your company, especially when your company provides care to patients and families. Just seeing someone behave like this means I couldn't even imagine using your services and having someone like him treat my family member. I would really appreciate this being looked into. Edit: In response to the follow-up, yes this did happen on 9/23/25 between 2pm-3pm in the afternoon. It was car #61 from your company, which listed the website on it as well.

The male nurse that called to evaluate my Mom was more concerned about his time and the 18 other patients that he had to see. He made it clear he was in a rush and did not have time. I asked him not to come. We need a company that has compassion and time this was clearly not the company.
