Sarah Jane of SJC Home Health Care went above and way beyond to help my 94-year-old mom get the care she needed before her team was even officially engaged as our home health services provider. When my mom’s stay at a skilled nursing facility was extended, Sarah Jane provided vital catheter draining supplies that the skilled nursing facility failed to order in a timely manner. Sarah Jane made the trip personally from Katy, Texas, to the Houston Galleria on New Year’s Eve to drop off her own supplies with no assurance she would ever recoup the expense and without ever having met my mom. When the skilled nursing facility failed to order supplies a second time, Sarah Jane provided two more sets of supplies (expensive supplies) out of the goodness of her heart and a commitment to caring for people in need. Later, she again shared supplies with my mom’s assisted living facility when the home health services team they engaged could not manage to order the proper supplies in time to provide the care my mom needed at home. These supplies allow my mom to remain at home and avoid costly, lengthy hospital visits to drain her lungs of dangerous fluid buildup caused by congestive heart failure. Lots of people make promises to provide professional, compassionate care. For one reason or another, they very often don’t follow through. Sarah Jane is the exception. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

There a vast amount of Home Health Care agencies in Houston, but none compare to SJC Home Health Care. The staff is very professional, fair, understanding, organized, knowledgeable and hard working. All the nurses have over 10 years+ experience in their field. I had no discrepancies, complaints or misunderstandings. In fact, I enjoyed working with SJC Home Health Care and would recommend them to anyone because I am confident they will do a superb job.

I go into the office regularly to pick up supplies for my grandmother, their cleanliness is amazing. Everything I have ever seen them do has been up to my standards! This company even worked with my great-grandmother when she was ill. All the nurses are wonderful and caring! The management is just as wonderful! I would recommend this Home Health Service to anyone that needs a good nurse!

Working at a primary care physician's office, we have many elderly patients who are in need of additional assistance at home, without the trouble of transportation when it comes to arriving for an appointment. My office has referred countless patients to this agency , and have heard nothing but good things. When patients come back for their checkups, they thank the doctor for referring them, as their staff are fully knowledgeable and follow sanitary procedures very well. Their administrator is very hands on when it comes to the patient needing anything or the patient simply having a question. Not many agencies have the administrator personally contact them to make sure all is going well with their services. Definitely an agency who cares deeply for their patients and their well being.

We are happy of the home heath services rendered. We will recommend this agency to our friends and family. The home health nurse is knowledgeable and very thorough in her assessment. She is neat in appearance and very professional. She always update us regarding new medications, she always call the day before her visit to inform us that she is coming to visit. She is polite and on time. Physical therapist is excellent ! Office staff are friendly they always do courtesy call to check if patient is ok.
