Had an initial home visit at 4 weeks post-op cervical spine fusion, then was suppose to have occupational therapy & physical therapy contact me to start, 6 days has gone by, no calls to make appointments for anything. My insurance has approved in home Healthcare, but lack of communication is obviously going on now? I'm 5 weeks post-op, not one therapist has called or shown up to my home. At this point, I give up!
