We needed someone quickly to help Care from my dad during the night hours and Home Well care services. Found us someone immediately on a Sunday evening. The gentleman that stayed with my dad for several nights was amazing. My dad liked him so much. He was kind and attentive. For eight days we had four different caregivers and two of them were excellent. I would recommend using Home Well.

We recently used this service for private care for my 99 year old father who was recovering from a broken ankle. He required 24 hour a day supervision and assistance. It was a complicated situation and it could not help but be stressful. Thankfully, the scheduler stayed on top of things, so that there was always someone to fill the shifts. In the meantime, we met some of the most caring and compassionate caregivers we could have hoped for. All of them were professional and competent. We are still in touch with a few that have become precious friends. I am grateful that my dad was prepared for this financial commitment. It was well worth it for my parents to stay together and for my piece of mind. Homewell Care Services will be my first choice if the need arises.

Excellent communication and follow up. If a caregiver cannot make a shift- they always find a wonderful substitute. My only reason for a 4 instead of 5 star rating is that we've had to change caregivers 4 times in a year, due to the caregiver's inavailability or change of plans. I truly believe this is industry wide..not only homewell- but it's still difficult to start over with new people.
