My journey with Medicall Home Health Services began in September 2024 when I had a wound vac inserted because of diabetic complications with my left foot. Tiffany who has been my nurse has been there every step of the way to provide great care, knowledge and accountability from me as her patient to do the right thing in recovering. In November we had a set back as the infection we thought was in remission, returned and unfortunately a amputation of half my foot was required to prevent it from spreading to my leg. We did everything in our wheel power from September to November to get it to heal. Tiffany did not waiver or allow me too as we now worked on healing the half amputated foot. Today, we are as close as we have ever been to get me off my crutches of 6 months and hopefully a custom shoe So I i may walk again. Tiffany is a valuable asset to this company and to any other companies should she choose too seek other opportunities with her skill set. But I know she loves her patients and does a terrific job balancing work family and her hobbies. I've been blessed to have her on my team during this journey. She doesn't quit and for sure will never let her patients quit. I HIGHLY recommend this venue for your health services needs with the type of nurse they staff such as Tiffany! With Tiffany you will be well informed and taken care of.
