I had an appointment scheduled for 9:00 AM last week and attempted to call ahead to address the appointment. I pressed “0” to reach the front desk, the call went straight to voicemail. I left a voicemail and never received a call back. Fast forward to today, I walked in about 20 minutes after they opened to let them know that I had called previously and that Tuesday appointments needed to be rescheduled. The interaction I had at the front desk was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. The front desk employee, Emily, looked at me with clear disgust and immediately questioned whether I had actually called. She then asked to see my phone call log, which I showed her, and proceeded to ask how long the call lasted. I felt like I was being put on trial and treated as if I was lying. No employee should ever feel entitled to a patient’s personal phone, nor should a patient be made to prove they attempted contact. To make matters worse, there are multiple phone numbers listed on their website. I called every single one of them none were answered and yet this concern was completely dismissed. I left feeling small, disrespected, and unheard. Lack of communication is one thing, but being treated this way as a patient is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend management review how front desk staff handle patients, especially when the office itself is unreachable by phone.

I can’t say enough good things about Integrity Rehab specifically the location in west Killeen. From the moment I walked in, the staff was always welcoming and friendly. I’ve been to other Integrity locations before, but this one stands out as the best by far. Just wanted to give praise to all of the therapist that I’ve worked it. If you get injured and are assigned a different location, just wait until you can get fit in here. Well worth it.

The north remembers

I have began to use this location as well as the cove one and I am so happy to report that it’s just as good! Front desk staff to the Occupational Therapists Shelbi and Kenneth did a great job at making me feel comfortable and I look forward to beginning my PT here when I move out of cove! Thank you for providing a gold standard of care at multiple locations.
