Excellent experience; very kind staff. After my father had a stroke, we chose Calidad Home Health for his needs. The supervisor, Gracie, went above and beyond to help me set up care for him in his home. The Caregivers were courteous, kind, and gave me updates several times a week as we live several states away. They helped with FaceTime calls, cooked meals, kept the house clean, and were very patient when my father became highly confused after several UTIs. In one of his last conversations with me he said, “These girls have taken such good care of me.” Thank you, also, for the special attention the Caregivers gave me upon my father’s passing. They sat with me, gave me hugs, even bought me lunch during his last day so I didn’t have to leave his side. I am so grateful for their kindness. To address the comments in other reviews about no-shows, please have patience as it takes a few days to match the correct caregiver with the patient. Calidad was incredibly supportive and kept us informed whenever there was a change of staff, an absence, or any issue. I truly feel each of the Caregivers genuinely cared for Dad. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Calidad Home Health Care to anyone who has home health care needs.

Not even a week in and I am beyond disappointed with company. They no-show appointments, don't communicate, and seem disinterested in doing their job. I'm their patient through the VA and just had a knee replacement this Monday, discharged Tuesday morning. They were supposed to come out and set up wound care services and physical therapy. There was no kind of word. I had to call them repeatedly for answers. Finally on Wednesday I had my initial consult for the wound care being told pt would come on Thursday. Nothing. Calling repeatedly on Thursday and Friday (today). No one has answers and what I was told was "We have high volume and we will see you when we can." If you don't know, early PT is critical after total knee replacement surgery. High volume is a poor excuse. If McDonalds has a long line you just eat your burger later, if you don't pt properly after a surgery like this, you stay crippled. Without wound care, you risk serious infection, life threatening situations, and the implants being rejected outright. Beyond disgusted. Reaching out to the VA to see where I can get real help.

I can not say enough good how wonderful the team at Calidad Home Health got my mom setup with Hospice care at home. From the start with Adrian Martinez, taking time out of his day off to come visit with my mom in the hospitable. Adrian was with me from the start to the end of this journey with my mom. In staging her home delivery and making sure all the correct team members connected with me to have everything ready for my mom's move back home. The team member Marisa was great to line up providers to help me out during the day and even offered night/weekend support as well. We had an amazing provider name Maria(I highly recommend to ask for her), who really took time to sit and never leave my mom's side through the time we had mom setup. Maria, was an amazing support to my family during the end stages of my mom's life. The nurses (Marko) were so amazing and on it with a phone call for support. They even had a chaplain that came to pray over my mom for support as well. Unfortunately my mom passed on 11/11/23 and the team continues to follow up with check in's and expertise service. I hope no one goes through what my mom dealt with. If so I can not speak enough good how great they are, I highly recommend them...

My mother has been in the care of Calidad Home Health since July. The providers for each shift have been kind and compassionate, even on the most difficult days. In June I called a "Known Name" agency and after 4 weeks of runaround decided to look elsewhere. Gracie at Calidad quickly returned my call, set up a home visit, and introduced me to each care provider. It's not been 100% perfect, there are always hiccups. However, all things considered, I'm grateful for the extra effort Gracie and the care providers have given to assure my mother is cared for and kept safe. Both Gracie and mother's providers have maintained regular contact with me since I am not a local resident. I would 100% recommend their Home Health Services.
