They don’t respect appointments times, lie about calls stating you agreed to a change in appointment time, show up with attitudes and the manager hangs up on you when she you stand up for your rights, point out their lies and can’t make something up anymore. A nurse called Dannie/Danny (as far as I was told that’s who showed up because she didn’t introduce herself) walked up to my door 30 minutes late with no call ahead, head bobbing rudely saying “Is there an issue?” All because I had called to advise the agency that she was late and I was upset I wasn’t going to make it to my other appointment due to her disregard for our time. I asked her to tone down her attitude (she didn’t even say good morning or apologize for being late) and she just turned around and walked away. I called to advise the agency of her behavior and they again tried to excuse her behavior. Very poor service, and this was our first meeting. I’d hate to see how they treat patients who don’t have an advocate.

Most of the staff here is book educated but lack common sense, and common courtesy sad to see such youthful. People waste their talents With their nose in a book and I have no empathy for their consumers
