I had a wonderful experience with CenterWell Home Health. Jay Patel, PT was the best physical therapist I have had in 2 years! He was incredibly professional and effective. The only downside is that they don't offer Occupational Therapy (OT), but the physical therapy care itself was excellent.

We were discharging from the hospital and had decided to go with Centerwell. Sunnie reached out as they had received the new referral and told me that the occupational therapy slots were full and that she did not think my FIL would not need those services anyway so we could decline them. I told her how can you determine that on a patient that you have never even met. I told her that we would be going with another company that could meet all of his needs. Makes me wonder how many other patients were advised to decline services that were determined by their doctors because they could not provide all services and wanted to profit off those patients.

Kristen and Brian are two very loving and caring as well as patient people I've met in a very long time. They encouraged my cousin even when I couldn't. Live you guys and God's Blessings to you both. Wonderful experience. And will be using Centerwell Home Health again if needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

CenterWell is so top-notch that I hope my mother will always be able to have them as her home health care when needed. My elderly mother fell and broke part of her hip, needing a partial replacement. After her hospital stay, she was sent to a skilled nursing facility. Upon discharge from there, she received care from CenterWell via home visits with a nurse coming out weekly to check her and make sure she was stable with no additional problems. In addition, she received a twice weekly visit from a great physical therapist who worked with her on exercises and gave us both a lot of helpful knowledge. Not quite a month yet and my mother is making incredible strides in progress both in pain abatement and in walking again. Everyone who has come to our home is so great and we couldn’t ask for better. They are all so professional, friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Favorites are Rashanda Banks, Denisha, Brian (our PT hero) and Kristen (another PT hero). It’s great to know that CenterWell is there to provide great care and we appreciate them very much.

The care team is wonderful! For any questions or concerns they are just a phone call away and will guide you on how to treat or care for your loved one if needed.. all of our nurses are sweet, caring, polite and very professional. We ALWAYS use them when there has been a medical issue.
